We close the gap between the people who know the work and the people who build the system.

Important workflows rarely fit neatly inside one discipline. The people who understand the exceptions and judgement calls may not build software; delivery teams may receive a specification only after the most important context has been stripped out.

Macrocyra puts problem owners and builders in the same working loop. We frame the decision, map the real workflow and data, prove a thin end-to-end slice, then harden only what earns its place. The goal is not technology for its own sake, but usable software with visible assumptions, clear ownership and evidence behind the next decision.

Dr. Clemens Chaskel

Clemens is a Chartered Engineer and Industrial Associate at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge. His work connects strategic technology and innovation management, product systems and production software. He founded InnovationFlow to turn that practice into a structured digital platform.

Alistair Hume

Alistair is a Chartered Accountant who brings more than 15 years of financial-services experience delivering finance, data, systems and regulatory-change initiatives across major banks and start-ups, including roles at HSBC and on Barclays’ Brexit programme. He turns plans into governed delivery with honest status and decision-ready reporting, and looks after compliance and the quality of Macrocyra’s products.
