What kind of project is a good fit?
A recurring, business-critical workflow with identifiable users and a decision or outcome you can observe. It may currently live in spreadsheets, email, slide decks or disconnected systems.
Do we need a finished specification?
No. We begin by framing the problem and mapping the workflow with the people who know it. A frozen specification too early often preserves the wrong assumptions.
Will the prototype have to be rebuilt?
Not by default. We build the first slice with production practices so proven parts can be hardened. The exact level of engineering is matched to the risk, data and intended use.
Can the software run in our environment?
Yes. We can deploy on-premise or with approved cloud and hosting providers, subject to the architecture and security requirements agreed with your team.
